This policy describes what personal data Progress LLC ("Progress", "we") collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It covers only data you submit through forms on the site.

What we collect

• Your name, so we know how to address you.
• A contact method: phone, email or Telegram handle, so we can reply.
• Your project description and any file you attach, so we can prepare for the call.
• A budget range, if you select one.
• Anonymous visit statistics: pages, referrer, device type.

Why we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and discuss the project. We do not use your contact details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who can access it

• Studio staff who handle incoming enquiries.
• Telegram and our email provider, as the channels through which an enquiry reaches us.
• Web analytics services — anonymous statistics only, never your contact details.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiries for 3 years from the date of contact, so we can refer back to the conversation if you approach us again. We will delete them sooner on request.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write to support@progress-studio.ru and we will respond within 10 business days.

Cookies

We use cookies for two things only: remembering your chosen language and collecting anonymous visit statistics. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
