The problem
Couriers worked from paper delivery notes. In basements and warehouses the connection dropped and they could not record a delivery. The office then keyed the data in by hand from photos of the paperwork. Couriers complained that the app "did not work".
What we built
Offline mode
The app works with no connection: the courier scans, records the delivery and leaves a comment. Everything syncs the moment connectivity returns.
Barcode scanning
Instead of typing a delivery note number, point the camera and you are done. Wrong number and the system flags it.
Daily routing
The courier sees the day's route in the right order. No switching between a map and a list of addresses.

«The office used to spend two hours at the end of each shift keying data in. Now the courier closes the delivery note on the spot and we just read the summary.»
