The problem
The clinic's old site had been built on a site builder five years earlier. Not responsive, slow, with an awkward booking flow. Patients phoned the clinic instead of booking online, and search traffic was falling because of poor Core Web Vitals.
What we built
Moved to a proper stack
Next.js with server rendering, Strapi as the CMS. LCP dropped from 4.3 seconds to 1.1.
New booking flow
Three steps instead of seven. The patient picks a speciality, a doctor and a time, and can see who is on duty today.
SEO structure
Every doctor and every service got its own page with correct markup. Organic traffic doubled within six months.
